"Really enjoyed our stay - had everything we needed and beautiful views of lake and mountains from the property. One minor quibble: prefer not to have properties which only provide non stick cookware as it gets scratched over time. Overall we highly recommend this place."

"Small, nicely refurbed unit that is good if you are looking for a base rather than somewhere to hang out. Easy walk into the main Arrowtown shops. Disappointing that the shower slider is broken as this is something that should have been fixed before guests arriving. Floor was also very dusty which meant anything we put on the floor (bags, etc...) ended up marked with dust."

"The property was amazing - the views are second to none. The driveway is VERY steep (as per add description). But it’s worth it for the co-signed and views of the property. It has everything you need. We stayed as 3 adults and 2 kids (under 4). We needed a car to get around as it was a big hill to get up to the property from Queenstown, but as I said 100% worth it as the property is stunning."

"Great views, and a short walk into the town centre or the lakeshore. Clean and comfortable and nicer than the photos. The driveways is exciting if someone’s coming the opposite way! 5 minutes with an Allan key and the shower screen door could be fixed."

"We stayed twice in the same trip in this hotel and we loved the location, the staff was great, helpful and supportive and the overall experience was excellent. The first room we got was better than the second as it was quieter and had more amenities than the second one, although that was pretty nice too. We found parking all 6 days we've stayed there in the two stays but we were generally getting back at the hotel at around 7:30 PM the latest. Highly recommend it."

"Stayed 9-14/10/2024 rented a 3 bedroom apartment. View was fabulous and location a short walk to town. There is parking on the street as thd property charges $22 a night for parking and if you have a big car the spaces are very tight to get into. Lounge room had a wonderfull gas fire "
