The property is beautiful and well maintained. It was a cold night and there was no heat. Went to front desk. Front desk told me there was no heat and the boiler was turned off. Said she would have staff check it out. Came back from dinner was told it was all set. It was not. Room was very cold. No Blanket in the room. Went to the desk and got a blanket. Staff offered a space heater instead of a blanket. I asked for and got both. Space heater was too small to make a difference. Very cold over night. On check out the staff did not think it was a big deal and seemed to shrug it off. Loved the location, setting and facilities. Time to update the HVAC system. We'll be back then. Won't be back during cold weather.

We arrived for the Friday night , Art of Music Festival with Balsam Range and the Atlanta Pops Orchestra. We were greeted by the nicest Ladys , who followed up with us during our stay. The Room was awesome, Clean, very comfortable beds, and with little soaps, and shampoo items. We had extra towels, and needed nothing. Our check-out was Flawless, and we enjoyed the conversation during our exit.. Our Friday night Shuttle driver to the Pavillion and back was full of information. A great guy with a big heart. ❤️

Nice stay. It's an older place. Overall happy with the stay. Comfortable and staff was very nice. But there were negatives. Room is on the small side. TV was small. Bath vanity was very small. Beds were small, with no nightstand on one side. Probably would not stay here again.
