"I am a VERY picky person on cleanliness and this place was spotless! It felt brand new! Love the high end finishes and all the little details! Very nice view on the back deck. Also such a convenient location. While we stayed here we visited Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Northport and Suttons Bay! All in a short drive away! Highly recommend staying here. Great communication with the host as well."

"I came for two nights to get away from downstate teacher life stresses and this space was just what I needed! The owners are wonderful and truly put love and care into making this space relaxing, quiet, and comfortable. This was my first time using VRBO and this location was beyond my expectations. The horses, sunrise, and sunsets were just stunning. Thank you for this hidden gem and I will happily be returning again soon!"

"My wife and our little Frenchie stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome to be right in the heart of downtown Suttons Bay and watch it wake up and go back to sleep. We wish we had discovered the attic fan switch earlier because at night, when we opened the bedroom door and had that on, the bedroom cooled so fast! The back bedroom stayed a little warmer than the main room so a fan would be a good thing to pack."

"The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh"

"The host, Barb, went above and beyond. She was very welcoming and her communication skills were excellent. She also provided us with several restaurant recommendations and tips. There is a great coffee house just a 5-minute walk from the Nestt. The amenities and decor exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend staying at this adorable, quaint, private apartment. We hope to visit again!"

"Good location and clean. Lots of stairs! Garage only fits small vehicle. No response when messaged owner on day of arrival about where to park when our vehicle did not fit in the garage. Parked in a lot that appeared to belong to the building and woke up to a sticker slapped on the driver’s window that we could not park there. Other than that, good stay"

"4 ladies for girls weekend & place was perfect! Great size & 2 baths made getting ready easy. Beautiful view & location let us walk every where. Garage parking is tight & large SUV won’t fit, but no other issues at all. Highly recommend."

"My daughter and i were looking for a place to stay for her to decompress from grad school and wedding planning. It was spring break, quiet in traverse city, but that's what we were hoping for. The condo was very quiet for us, but there was no one really around. Rarely did we hear sounds from other condos and we never heard street noise. This condo was the perfect location. Walkable to downtown, Front St, and a short drive anywhere else. Easy to get in and out. There is a little Italian deli that...

"Perfect spot for those that don’t enjoy large crowds! Quiet and cute little neighborhood and still plenty to do on a cold windy rainy weekend. Lots of wine tasting! Only thing we would have enjoyed more was a TV to watch the U of M game! The pub closes at 9 in the fall! Other than that it was perfect. Clean and Karen was very attentive! "The rental was great, perfect location and the thai food was delicious. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom which worked for me as i usually have a box fan, but the rental kept cool even during a 85-90 degree weekend. Super easy check in."
