Located behind the gates of Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure, this impressive home has over 4800 sq feet with four large bedrooms, each with a King bed. For the younger set, there are two trundle beds (four twin beds in total) located in the upstairs Game Room and a "kiddie room" designed with two additional twin beds. For gathering together, there is a Great Room with gas fireplace that connects to a splendid kitchen with counter top seating and a separate dining area. For a perfect evening of star gazing, there is a main deck area with hot tub, that offers mountain and lake views (seasonal) connected to a screened in porch with gas fireplace. An upstairs bedroom also includes a covered balcony with even more impressive views. For entertainment, there is a large screen smart TV in the Great Room and smart tv's in every bedroom. The upstairs Game Room includes a poker table, large smart TV, PAC MAN video console and shuffleboard table. The spacious garage has a ping pong table and there is even a pleasant sitting area on the main floor including a card table for your favorite card game with friends/family or to simply indulge in your favorite book. There is also small, private office, for those who may need some privacy for that quick business call before getting back to the important stuff. There is a large laundry room on the main floor with plenty of storage and a two car garage. The home is tastefully decorated in Mountain Modern style and exceptionally appointed, including luxury Bamboo sheets. High speed fiber internet provides ample streaming for all your guests. Conveniently located to the various Rumbling Bald amenities (0.8 miles) including the beach, outdoor pool and lazy river, Wellness Center, indoor pool, sauna, Spa and Salon, pickleball/tennis courts, The Cabana (motorized boat rentals, tours and canoes/SUP board rentals), several restaurants and two championship golf courses! Enjoy all the amenities of Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure during your stay, as your rental includes all of the required Guest Passes (passes for up to 12 under the age of 12 are not required to have a Guest Pass). There is a new Blackstone propane grill for grilling out. Finally, the property is managed locally... not by an out of town company. As a result, we have intimate knowledge of the Rumbling Bald community, local dining, activities and things to do in the area to assist with your vacation plans. Also, we provide quick response to address any question or issue during your stay.
