Dancing Falls Lodge: Overlooks Dirty Dancing Scene: Stream/Pond/Fire Pit/Hot Tub

"I was hesitant to believe the 5 star rating from every reviewer, but after staying at Dancing Falls this past weekend, please add me to the five star review list. What an amazing place. We had a group of 12 golfers stay at the house for a four-day golf trip and it could not have been better. From the pre-arrival communication to the easy check out, the stay could not have gone any better. If you are looking for a great place to stay at Lake Lure, this is it!!!!"

"Very clean and decorated very well. Lake view and great dinner. Staff was on top of our needs and everyone there were so friendly and attentive. Room was very well appointed, mattresses and pillows were the best experience in a long time. We will definitely plan on coming back in 2027."

"The house itself was wonderful. Large dining room and living room. Great windows to look at the lake. Clean and well kept. Easy to find and close to everything. One thing we did not see and would have been nice to know was that there're no stairs to the lower level where 4 of the beds are from the inside. The only way to get to them was from the outside. We also knew there were stairs down to the lake, but did not realize there was about 6 flights of steps down. It was fine for my husband and I, but not for my parents who are older. We would stay again, just maybe with a different group."

"Mary Ann’s cabin was a great place to stay for a Labor Day holiday with friends. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need to stay away from home. The location was nice and quiet. It is in close proximity to the towns of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock where there are shops and restaurants. The towns are open and eager to have visitors back in town. I highly recommend it."

"We absolutely loved this charming cabin. It was very clean and stocked with more things than I have ever seen with a rental. The kayaks were a wonderful addition. We had two wonderful days on the lake. We would definitely rent again."
