"The view is spectacular from almost all areas of the house. Beach and park access are just yards away. House could use some updating inside and out. Be prepared for many stairs outside up to front door and also bedrooms are all upstairs. Comfortable beds. Clean linens and towels. Great communication with Melinda. Great value for a family. Our dogs loved it too!! Loved sitting on the deck looking at Moonstone Beach and the incredible sunset. Loved hearing the ocean day and night. The house...

"This was our second time staying here and we will be back many more times. We love this property! The house has everything you need and feels like you are at home. The location is so convenient, close to everything and just across the street is the beach. The house is about 100 yards from a kids playground and the community pool. Doug, the owner is quick to reply and goes out of his way to help you. You would not regret ever staying here."

"The house is in a moderately upscale neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's close to a pleasant walking path and a short car ride from shopping (Albertsons, Walmart, Kohls). The home has a comfortable layout with a large kitchen. The heater is noisy for those in the upstairs bedroom otherwise the sleeping arrangements are fine. The lower dishwasher rack was broken, otherwise the kitchen was easy to use and well stocked. We would stay there again."

"There is a huge waterleak with the irrigation system on the West side of the house and the water is seeping underneath the garage area and it already has mildew smell really bad. The water shoots up ten feet in the air when the irrigation comes on. Also, the toilet upstairs sometimes runs and runs unless you shake the handle."

"We were only here for a short wedding weekend, but wish we had longer to stay at this comfortable and charming property! Complete with a pool and gorgeous views overlooking rolling green hills and a vineyard. We weren’t able to take advantage of the large surrounding property, with tennis courts and hiking trails, so I guess we will just have to come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
