"To start, we called to see if we could check in early. We got a hard no, with them claiming they were fully booked and the room wasn’t ready. But when we arrived, the motel (and yes, it’s definitely a motel) looked pretty dead with tons of empty rooms. On top of that, the pictures on their website look totally staged and don't represent reality at all. The room itself smelled like heavy chlorine. The bed was so squeaky that every little movement woke the other person up, and to make matters worse, the fridge buzzed loudly the whole night."

"We loved staying here while exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park! Our only concerns were two things: first, there was a bit of an ant problem in the bathroom, which hopefully they’ll figure out. Second, there is no drawer storage of any kind — just one small closet — so that was a little tough to have two large suitcases out with nowhere to unpack since we were on a fairly long trip. We made it work, but just thought it was worth mentioning. The bar area was nice and the live music was cool — seemed like not too many people are taking advantage of that (yet? Maybe it’s new?), and since we had lots of things going on, we didn’t either, but some people would really enjoy that, I bet! We would definitely go back and stay there again!"

"Amazing location, great amenities, spacious, great porch and hot tub, comfy bed, everything seemed great The one thing that had me on edge is the fact when I arrived there the fridge wasn’t clean, which I can help but think that if they missed such an what I think to be an obvious place to clean, that they didn’t clean properly at all"

"I booked a room and it was absolutely disgusting hair on the sheets, hair on the toilet, hair on the floor and brown stains on the sheets. I got sent the information for another room after complaining and the second room had the same flaws along with adding the bedbugs on the bed. I didn’t even bother staying here I went to another hotel and I’m in contact with Expedia to get my money back."

"What a gem in Estes Park. This place makes you feel like you are in a mountain town. It is spacious and the rooms are nice. This hotel is situated right on the entrance to town and is easy to get to. There is a fire pit our side that you can roast marshmallows on. Our favorite thing was the water machine in the lobby. You can make all different kids of water, different flavors, different temperatures, and even sparking. We used this multiple tiles a day. The gentleman at the front desk that helped us was very funny and knowledgeable. This hotel also has a huge indoor pool with lots of rooms for kids to play around in. They have an awesome game room too. Definitely will stay here again. We even had elk in the parking lot to look at :)"
