"Very clean, we stayed in a pet friendly room and there was not pet hair or smell. Comfortable beds and bedding, free s'mores , snacks, coffee and tea. Roaring fire at night, corn hole, horse shoes and a well maintained little playground. Close to downtown and the Fall River Rocky mountain National forest entrance."

"Enjoyed our stay there. Nothing fancy but a comfortable bed and hot shower. Loved having a door to the parking lot (we had chairs just outside our door that were nice to relax). The fire pits on the 2nd floor were really nice and the best part of the hotel. Overall it was great but if you are looking for something fancy -this isn’t it."

"Bar tender was great and he helped us find a ride to our dinner reservation. Elevator was down so had to travel to far one, complimentary s’more kits were great, only having a buffet breakfast for $18 was the worst part. You need to offer a small menu for those that can’t eat $18 of breakfast…."

"We had a lovely time at the Riverside Cabins. The tiny home we stayed in was plenty spacious for 4 adults, the property itself was gorgeous, and all the staff we encountered were lovely. We’d most definitely stay here again!"

Riverfront Condo Near Downtown Estes Park!

"Great spot for a family and so close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain national park. Relaxing balcony with great views and river access. Well stocked with cooking supplies so we were able to enjoy meals at the condo. Fun games for winding down after a day of hiking. Only complaint- towels smelled weird."
