We didn’t try cooking anything in the kitchen space or even making coffee, so we can’t rate those amenities. Although there’s not much to do within walking distance, the cabin served as a clean, comfortable home base for our time in the Old Forge area. We would stay there again."

"The house in Otter lake was wonderful! Located a short 10 minute drive from Old Forge it provides a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay for multiple nights. Plenty of space for our group of five people the interior is pleasantly decorated with unique artwork and a rustic cabin like feel. We especially enjoyed the heated floor in the kitchen and the upstairs view from the window of the winding road, it looked like a painting. The owner is great to deal with and gave us a free homemade loaf of bread, which was delicious! We would recommend this home to anyone and would be happy to stay there again."
