"We enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely Royal Park Hotel. We had a wonderful spacious corner room that we 100% appreciated. The floor plan was great & we loved all the bright windows. Housekeeping did a great job & we had a bellmen, Chris who did a great job & thoroughly took care of us, delivering extras we asked for. We definitely would return this hotel if we come back in the future."

"I am writing this review to express my deep concern regarding my recent stay. While I typically look for the best in my accommodations, there were three major issues that severely impacted my experience, safety, and comfort. * **Compromised Room Security:** The most alarming issue was the condition of the entry door, which clearly looked as though it had been previously kicked in. The visible damage left the door structurally weak and insecure. As a result, I spent every single night in constant fear that someone could easily break in, which completely ruined any sense of safety or peace of mind. * **Unacceptable Hygiene Standards:** The cleanliness of the room was highly questionable, specifically due to a roach infestation. I repeatedly observed roaches crawling around the bathroom and the sink area, which is entirely unacceptable for any hospitality standard. * **Inoperable Amenities:** On top of the safety and pest issues, the television in the room was completely non-functional, meaning basic advertised amenities were not provided. A room should, at the bare minimum, be secure, clean, and functioning. Only highlight was the staff."

"Room was clean. The gentleman who ran breakfast was great, he stayed on top of everything and was friendly. The days he wasn't working, items didn't get filled very fast and we had to clean a table to use. Front desk was hit and miss depending on who was working, as well. Overall, not a bad stay, would stay again."

"Staff was courteous and attentive. Property was overall clean. After being in the room for about 45 mins we realized room’s fridge was not working properly so we told front desk staff. They moved us to another room. This room had a sofa bed and when we opened it, there was food residues like chips, popcorn… we didn’t use it because it wasn’t clean. Beds were comfortable. TV: we used the remote to look for a channel guide but we couldn’t figure it out. We had to go one by one to find programs that we could watch. Pool towels were scarce. Not sure if there’s a restroom in the lobby near the pool. But e/time we needed to use it we had to take the elevator to our room. Hall and elevator floors were wet; I guess because of that. We liked that check out was at noon."
