Downtown location may be deemed convenient. Nice lounge area. Good breakfast. Ground floor room was drab with the usual blasting AC and cramped bathroom. It's basic motel service -- no more, no less.

The hotel was very convenient for walking to many shops and restaurants. It was convenient for visiting the Olympic museum and shops and had convenient lake beach access. The breakfast staff Pam was incredible especially because she was working alone! She did everything she could to keep everything stocked and fresh at all times and was incredibly friendly. We stayed on a very busy weekend and it was impressive how she handled everything.

The hotel was great but the parking was rough. If you have a larger vehicle it's very tight. Very difficult to maneuver. Luckily there were a few spots closer to the street that were easily accessible
