"For the price, it's really a great deal. It's hard to find homes this large without breaking the bank. The home was clean and Randy was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is pretty well stocked.There are a few home quirks like no bathrooms on the first floor which has two rooms totalling 10 beds so if you bring a huge group, a lot of them may have to go upstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. There's also no water to the fridge and a few ice trays isn't gonna suffice if your group is huge so I'd bring a few bags. There was also no toiletries in any of the showers which was pretty surprising as I feel like most rentals at least stock things like soap but it was easy to remedy.Overall, I'd recommend this home to anyone with a big group who doesn't mind a few of the items mentioned above."

"Randy was very responsive to messages. House was spacious for our group with plenty of sleeping spaces! Loved the large dining tables so we could all dine together. The pool allowed us to have an day of relaxation after a full day of shopping on Friday."

"Enjoyed the site and would love to return soon. I found it sad that all communication was digital and was not able to speak with a human. I asked for early check in and never got a response. Also, it seemed like there were two corporate entities, Vrbo and Vacasa, complicating the issue of “who should I call?” As 3 septuagenarians we needed extra time, especially for checking out. All in all, great!"
