LaQuinta Seguin is a nice facility and conveniently located near many eating places. The motel is fairly new. It is pet friendly, but there is a pet fee of $25 per pet. The air conditioning worked very good!! The only negative comment I have is about the carpet in the room. It was very dirty!! Don’t wear white socks while walking around your room, they will become disgustingly filthy!! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The swimming pool was not cleaned prior to using it the morning of July 4. Was at the pool from 10:00-2:00 and no one cleaned it. We didn’t get in the water. Other than that, staff were nice, breakfast was nice, rooms were nice. But the pool water, not so nice

The room was great except the ac kept turning off and the room would get hot. Tossed and turned all night. We also wanted to sit by the pool, dip our feet in the water while I smoked, but was told that is not allowed. Other than that enjoyed the stay.

The lobby was very clean, staff friendly. There was some construction going on in the hallway on the 1st and 3rd floor, but no noise or disruption. Beds very comforatable. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice. Smelled clean and freshly redone. However the staff did nothing to control the noise levels from the rowdy people staying there for team sporting events. Clearly there some kind of competition in town. However late into the night they were yelling and running up and down the hallways. The parents:team chaperones did nothing to stop them. The hotel should have stepped in so the other guests could get some rest.

Very clean and in a safe location. The bed was very comfortable with soft clean sheets and lots of pillow options. I like the couch sitting area in our room. It gave it a home feel for watching TV. The breakfast was a let down. It ends at 9am and we got downstairs at 8:45am. So no coffee and the waffle mix was too runny. Apparently the breakfast set up person left early hence the lack of items. Manager was super nice and seems to run a tight ship even with employees who are late or leave early. She is no nonsense which I love.
