Cell phone reception is not available at the house but it is nearer the lake. Sky TV upstairs and free-view downstairs. DVD players both up and down stairs. All beds have clean white sheets and pillows and blankets. A Nespresso machine upstairs and down. Secure car parking with video surveillance outside only. House needs airing when first open. Golf coarse, soda springs (hot water) nearby, as well as park, Lake Rotoma with excellent trout fishing etc. The House is quite large with three bedrooms upstairs, full balcony, Kitchen, separate dinning, separate toilet, bath and shower, lounge with TV and record player. Downstairs has a large bunkroom, lounge and Kitchenet and a double bedroom and Bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a trampoline and BBQ area outside.
