"I loved the hotel but I was upset about the shuttle they advertise as having. When I landed I went to the shuttle area and waited for their shuttle. I saw lots of shuttles for lots of hotels drive by. My hotels shuttle didn't show up so I called the hotel and was told they didn’t have one and to take cab, which I did, at a cost of $50. They had one in the morning but not when I arrived at 9:00 pm. "
