"The staff are very welcoming and attentive, which made my stay pleasant. There's a Life supermarket right next to the hotel, this is super convenient for tourists who need to buy groceries often. The breakfast offered a lot of varieties, especially love the view of the Skytree there and the cozy environment. Self-checkout process went through smoothly too. The hotel lobby looks artistic and the bedroom is very spacious. A minor suggestion would be the bathtub height, it's a little too high for elderly, even for young adults. We have to be very careful when stepping in and out from the bathtub. Overall it's a great choice amid Tokyo region. "

The area around the hotel offered many things to do, shopping, walking the streets for restaurants and places of interest like a beautiful temple near by. "This hotel is such a great stay with easy accessible to everything!! The skytree mall, train station, & restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean. We stayed in room 607 and the room is about 400+ sq feet. Separate bathroom and shower/tub. The tv channels have a neflix, prime, youtube that you can link your account. They also provided the flat iron inside the room. The room has centralized A/C and heater which is efficient. There are a lot of space to put your luggage. The only downside is there is not much space to hook or hang your items besides the small closet. They also provided a pajama/slipper and amenities kit for kids. The breakfast opens at 6:30am and it will be the same food everyday which we dont mind and still yummy and fulfilling. The staff are so nice and helpful. We were able to shipped our amazon boxes to this hotel too which is very convenient. There are tons of parking on the 3rd/4th floor. Washer/dryer combo is about 700 yen and has 12 unit on the 6th floor. The tv also has an information if the laundry is being used or not. We will definitely going back to this hotel moving forward.
