"The location so close to the subway station is a huge bonus. Because it is a top tourist location, the area itself is pretty busy. However, the room and staff provide everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Our room for a family of 3 was a good size."

"Great spot if you are planning to put in some time at Disney! Free shuttle in the mornings and evenings to Disney and Disney Sea which was great for the kids. great restaurant in the hotel and rooms where very clean, new, and spacious compared to others closer to Tokyo. This area gave me California Disney area Vibes, Was super awesome. If the plan is to travel into Tokyo and Shabuya crossing area more often this hotel is a little bit far, we did two days at Disney and two free days to travel into downtown Tokyo which was perfect. we booked a separate hotel closer Downtown Tokyo later in our trip so we could access spots more easily. This hotel is great Spot for Disney! Highly recomend ! "

"We could not use AC at night . It was extremely hot. No one was able to sleep due to excessive sweating without AC. "

"Tiny and basic room. Quite a bit of a walk from the nearest train station. Nothing in the area of the hotel too, there is a family mart in the hotel but it is not open 24hrs. Some vending machines for drinks available. The rooms are too small and not particularly clean, i wouldn't stay more than 1 night, it would not be comfortable. But the shuttle bus to narita airport is very convenient (need to book in advance). We only ever use this hotel if we have really early flights out of Narita airport the next day."
