"A modern well kept upscale hotel with very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the Shiomi station on the JR Keiyo Line - a short ride to Tokyo Station. Comfortable lobby and inviting bar and restaurant near the Lobby. Staff were very helpful."

"Decent breakfast buffet but nothing special for the price. The room was inexpensive so I was fine with the outdated room for just one night. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. Rooms are spacious, and the convenience store onsite is a great amenity. They handled my packages like a pro."

"The property is very large and has everything that you could think of. We had a club lounge access and a club room on floor 12 with a balcony which had amazing views. The club room access was much more than we imagined. With traditional Japanese food of all kinds and even a candy floss making machine. Soft drinks were 24 hours a day. Only one thing let it down the club room furniture was worn and needed some TLC. Other than that top marks (even had a flight simulator!!!!). The Onsen is no clothes to be worn which I was not comfortable with but it was ok to go in the sauna with a towel on."

"The room was well-appointed. I had a balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay, and I was thrilled to step onto the terrace and enjoy the breezes from the Bay. The bathroom was fantastic and filled with things we might have forgotten like bath sponges and hairbrushes and other bits and bobs. I miss that courtesy in America -- I would have probably had to pay $10 for the hairbrush I took. The tub was deep and had sturdy handles to help me get out after a long day at Disney. My only "complaint" is the bed was a little hard. But I'm a back sleeper and it worked fine for me. The staff is amazing -- you so much as look like you are thinking about what to do, and they rush over, ready to help. It's going to be hard to go back to hotels in America where no one helps, the rooms are mid and everyone (in the US) expects a tip for nothing."
