"Room had bed bugs. Notified the lady at desk at checkout. She said sorry and that she’d let the manager know. I never got a call from manager or offer for refund or discount. Little to no breakfast. Would not stay here again. "

"The charm of this historic cottage cannot be denied, and the commitment to preservation is commendable. Melissa was responsive as a host. There was a lot of space around the cottage that made it feel private, and a small space fenced in for our dogs. A few things that would have made our stay even better: cleaner cooking pots; real coffee mugs; better instructions for things like the outside light, and space heaters. There was also a lot of noise throughout the night from large trucks and motorcycles going by. "

"This was our 2nd stay in Society Hill. Both were great visits except for the weather. Melissa, unfortunately cant do anything about that! She was a great host. Thanks for all the treats! Melissa offers a warm and inviting stay. Everything is very clean and cosy. "
