You will have access to the whole home except the garage. House is on a busy street and there is a potential for some noise.

Disliked: Amenities, communication
Two other tenants, whom I did not meet have dogs that kept barking both during the day and especially at night. This prevents me from a restful evening and sleeping at night. They also stink up the joint. Perhaps the dogs should be kept OUTSIDE.
