No complaints. We stayed on the 18th floor and never had a long wait for the elevator (like I have experienced in some other places). The kitchenette was well stocked, beds soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious in which I absolutely love.

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

Great stay in Chinatown - fabulous restaurants and activites. Clean, safe, great hotel. Parking is $30 in a connected garage with in an out possibilities with a sticker from the front desk (not the hotel's but connected to the hotel) - a great price for Chicago.

The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. I called the day before inquiring about a spa and mentioned it was my boyfriend's birthday. When we got to the room, a personal note and cupcake were waiting for him. The hotel is very unique!
