Singing birds, frogs, turtles chipmunks & fish in the lake, are the only neighbors you will notice o this beautiful property. Karen is a lovely gracious host and both she and the cabin are very welcoming & charming. Its a perfect spot go to with your soulmate & reconnect with nature."

"Nice and clean house. Needs a little touch up, you can see stains on the ceiling where roof was leaking. Deck’s rails were rough and it was easy to get splintered. The rest was perfect: clean sheets, towels, plenty of dishes We liked it very much"

"We loved it. It's a real wood cabin - you don't see many of those in Connecticut, so this was pretty novel for us. It's got all the modern amenities though - internet, TV, etc. Clean and great for a small family. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice bed for adults, kids had the air mattress in the living room and they loved "camping". We would stay again."

"Communication with Vivi was great. Stayed here with a friend for a writing retreat, and it was everything I'd hoped for. The cabin is set on a hill overlooking the valley. Wonderful fire pit and excellent stargazing. Very generous wood supply. Cabin was rustic and clean with comfortable beds. Recommend bringing your own cooking equipment if you plan on cooking, the kitchen lacked some basics including a cutting board and a larger skillet. Location wise it's 5 minutes away from everything you...
