"I stayed a week here by myself mostly with family visiting a couple evenings. This was a perfect central location to enjoy the area. Very close to beach, groceries, restaurants, etc., I found I did not need a car for any necessities, including dining, beach and supermarket a little over a block away. Everything you need is provided, and the air conditioners were really a big plus. Kirsten was very responsive and a great host!"

"A remarkable place to stay. Actually built as a cottage in the earlier days of movie-making for talent at the nearby Columbia Studios (now Sony Studios) in Culver City . Cute little cottage. Not much larger than a hotel room, but a stand-alone structure among a cluster of other cottages. Easy and pleasant walking distance to many local attractions and night-life. The owner was responsive and did a good job explaining it all to us (kind of an unusual place -- so a bit of explanation here...

"Seems to be harder to find homes on the beach front that aren’t massive. This was the perfect place. I am used to staying down further from the pier about 42nd street. But I am now sold on being closer to the stores and restaurants. This house had everything we needed. Will be coming back. "

Kitchen had everything needed. Vintage feel made it unique. For those staying longer a washer/dryer could be a helpful addition. "
