"Nice clean remodeled room but bed old and very uncomfortable. Noisy room can hear all the guests from other rooms. Front desk nice people and have coffee out at 530 am at least. Unsafe area/ next to an extended stay hotel and people hanging out smoking and drinking etc. The linens are old and don’t smell clean, I was afraid to get a disease from bed. Gross and never again."

"Pictures are much nicer than the property. We had to move rooms due to horrible smell in first room. The second room was better but still not great. This place need a deep clean."

"Staff was great. Price is amazing. Location next to Ruby Tuesday is phenomenal. Bus took us to airport which was great but on return flight we had to wait over an hour for the bus which was super inconvenient and had to just get a Lyft. Will stay again."

"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this hotel. We had already paid for the room, but we were charged $5 for parking per day. When we got to the room, the room had a strong musty smell, even though the room itself looked nice. The sheets and towels had the same strong musty smell. They said that it was a room for people with pets, which we didn't have, but they could not change it because the hotel was full. The first night we were in bed, and around 10 pm the fire alarms when off, so...

"The room was clean however was unable to turn on the water to take a shower. It was 5:00 am so was useless to notify the front desk. There was no water for each occupant in the fridge which was supposed to be included. It would have been nice to be notified that there would be a $100 deposit required when checking in. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay."

"Extremely dirty!! bed mattress lumpy and descasting, shower moldy!!!! Health hazard!!! No shampoo/ conditioner in shower. Front desk very rude!! I was charged for parking please refund me!! Dangerous area/ was approached by angry individual when getting to elevator!! Please don’t do business with this property!! I felt very unsafe there but it was late to change places!!! I’m going to think twice about my bookings now."
