Villas in Lakonia

"We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable trip. The location was perfect — close to attractions, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore, while still feeling peaceful and private. The amenities were excellent and really made the stay feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!"

"Beautiful location, slightly isolated so very peaceful. Stunning property and great clean pools. Short drive or walk to Neapoli waterfront restaurants. Short drive to Pounta Beach or ferry to Elafonisos Island (Simos Beach). Grocery store 1km away."

"Beautiful home and beautiful views. Katerina a lovely host. We enjoyed our time there very much"

"This is a nice property in Monemvasia but we did experience a few problems. The electricity went out multiple times and we were initially asked to work around their schedule for check-in time. Communication with the management was unpleasant and some untruths were told by them. Not sure whether this was an isolated event or a pattern. Perhaps others will have a better experience than we did. Nice looking property though."

"Amazing Villa, isolated and so peaceful, incredibly beautiful. Mata was so helpful, met us at Lidl and we followed her to the villa, easy to find once you know the way. AC in every room, fabulous big pool, right next to the beach, a great family run restaurant/beach resort a short walk up the beach. We visited Gytheio and Monemvasia, both fantastic. Also dinner at Glyfada beach resort on the last night, brilliant food. Thanks so much to all for the lovely stay! "

"The access to the house was challenging in the rain for older people. The furnace wouldn't light and was smoking during a cold rainy spell. We couldn't get it to work and turn on properly, it would be nice to have that on before check-in. The owner never got back to us. It is a charming mountainside home with spectacular views. Very friendly for our group of 4. The kitchen worked fine and I loved the spring water! Thank you! "

"Spacious house in a quiet village with a very nice sandy beach.God communication with the owner and smooth checking "

"Markos ist der beste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann. Er gibt einem das Gefühl,dass man eher bei einem Freund zu Besuch ist als in einer gebuchten Unterkunft. Die Häuser sind neu und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig ohne Probleme in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die gesamte Insel sorgt innerhalb kürzester Zeit für maximale Entspannung! Vielen Dank Markos!!!"

"The views from the property are breathtaking, and the location is very peaceful, literally a retreat It's well organized and clean Close to crystal clear water beaches"

"This was a lot of fun. The property is well kept, right on the beach, and has parking. We had a great few weeks in Neo Itilo and look forward to doing it again."
