"Stayed many times over the years but things have gone a bit backward. The towels are terrible and need to be replaced ASAP, they are only good for cleaning rags. Stayed on 5th floor and the water was lukewarm at best for 3 days and not acceptable. Pool chlorine was so strong it burnt my eyelashes. Positives are great location happy staff and price point for what you get is on the money. Small changes will go a long way for western clientele. "I read all the 10/10 reviews prior and wondered could it be possible. But I now know why. The village was just as gorgeous as it looks in the photos. Staff amazing. Bfast cooked in ur villa daily. A perfectly adequate gym. I'm moving now to a hotel since I was not sure what it would be like alone in Villa when I planned my trip. But now I'm kicking myself, since I just want to stay out in this beautiful villa. I know where I will be staying next visit for sure"
