"Staff at restaurant was untrained. They don't know what to serve at what time and moreover they lack basic servicing & communication skills. General Manager of the property doesn't have a courtesy to meet and address guests grievances and look at service deficiency."
"No it was not amazing. The service is poor specially restaurant service. they don't have menu to select food of your choice. Tea bags and milk pouch were provided only first day...they remain out of stock... have one excuse or other. Unprofessional staff."

Staff were honest and well behaved.
Whenever we needed anything,they would come and attend.
Things not satisfactory:
Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you.
There is no lift .
The complementary breakfast and food available is extremely limited,don't go by the extensive printed menu available in the room.
The hotel would not provide any water,tea/coffee sachets unless it was asked for every...
