I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, lovely, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and kindly provided me with an electric kettle upon request.
The location is unbeatable; it's very close to transit stations, which made exploring all parts of Istanbul so easy and convenient. Even getting to the airport by train was smooth and effortless thanks to its prime location. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Novel Hotel was excellent! My mother and I stayed for 11 nights, and the room, bathroom, and facilities matched the photos perfectly. The shower was great, with hot water available within seconds, and the hair dryer was powerful. We also appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water and the small tea/coffee setup.
What really stood out were the wonderful staff members, especially the ladies at the breakfast buffet. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our...

Economical, rooms were spacious enough, comfortable beds, breakfast was excellent, staff helpful and friendly.
There should be shower mats or grab bars to avoid slipping.
