"It's a shame this "warehouse -looking" building isn't landscaped. Adding some flower boxes, even though in a "depressed" area of the town, would add to the ambiance of the hotel. Modern and contemporary is great; but it needs a sense of warmth. Maybe having a friendly face at the front desk would help (No personal desk person for check-in is unnerving in a strange/remote town.)"

"This is a must stay! Very comfortable relaxing atmosphere, dinner choices were fresh, delicious and wow, so much food. Breakfast was perfect, not too heavy but still filling. "The owner was there to check us in, which was very convenient after walking 25 kilometers. She even had our luggage in our room when we arrived. The owner is a very nice woman who helped us figure out where to go for dinner and spent some time with us the next morning during breakfast, which was delicious. I recommend this place, no doubt."

"The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and clean. It's in a great location. It's easy to walk to the center of Santiago, and it's super close to the train station. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. They have so many delicious options. I highly recommend it if you want to have a perfect Spanish experience. They provide a nice espresso machine, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, pastries, bread, and toppings galore. My 75-year-old mom loved the delicious options!"
