"We would not recommend this to others. We started out with a bed cover missing for one of the duvets when we arrived, batteries for the remote control to work and other things. There was one roll of toilet paper and when we wrote we needed more, the comment was inappropriate. The area was among bars and discos and very deserted. The kitchen smelled badly from the sink and there were many ants and cockroaches in the bathroom. Also, we had an unfortunate episode of what we think is a woman having...

CHUZ Villas Samui

Koh Samui

10/10 Excellent

Highly recommended! The Property and the Villas are immaculate. Beautiful grounds, sparkling pools, clean and modern rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast and cafe items available in the lobby. There is a 7-Eleven store 2 minute walk from the lobby! You can walk to some restaurants and businesses, but you’ll be walking along a rather busy road — it’s around 15 minutes walk to the local town. We only wished that this wonderful property were on the north side of...

Check in was easy and great. They provided a welcome drink and snack. The staff was very friendly throughout the whole stay. The room was nice and clean. I really liked the room as it was kind of by itself up on the hill. Having the pool just outside the room was great and the hot tub was amazing, especially at night. The property was always being cleaned and the grounds were very clean also. Breakfast was good with the buffet, room service also made good food. Overall this was a great property...

Our stay at Ammatara Pura Pool Villas was absolutely amazing. The staff were truly exceptional—from the front desk team who provided wonderful recommendations to the breakfast crew who made us feel like family every morning. The service alone made this stay unforgettable. The property itself is stunning, and the villa offered a gorgeous, authentic Thai home experience for our time there. We cannot wait to return!

My wife chose this hotel based on the pictures on the Internet. I verified our selection by reading the reviews. In both cases the Thai House Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. The staff was fantastic, not just polite and friendly but also very helpful with everything we asked. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet had me spoiled! There were so many great choices to eat and the selection changed every day! The location is quiet without being secluded. A 20 meter walk put...
