The fact that our room keys were left in the mailbox after closing hours was such a thoughtful touch and made our arrival completely hassle-free. Since my boyfriend and I arrived after hours and had a tour scheduled the next day, it was a bit difficult to stop by during the office’s open hours to redeem my available upgrade (Expedia Perks)—but that was a very minor inconvenience and didn’t take away from our experience at all. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting."
