"The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. "

"Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. "Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again."
