I stayed in early April. Check-in was easy. Staff was polite and checkout was easy. I didn't have the continental breakfast. The location was great. We loved being able to just walk over the bridge to New Hope and the view was nice from our room. The only downside was that the heat came on and shut off automatically. The system was very loud and hindered our sleep. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Overall this is a really nice hotel on the Delaware. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered to the room free of charge, which is a nice touch. Upgrades are desperately needed. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear people talking until 2am. On top of that the heating system is loud and woke us up several times over night. When I complained to the clerk at check out he said they would look into it. No compensation offered for our lack of sleep.
