"We stayed in the premium pool suite. Was lovely. Bit noisy with traffic but that didn't bother us. What bothered us was the staff taking smoke breaks and continuously chatting right next to our room which we thought qas a bit much. Other than that, stay was excellent. We're coming back again next year for our honeymoon! "

"This is a really nice family friendly hotel. The hotel is contemporary, well designed and visually impressive - in places. The food is good, the main eating area is typical for all inclusive although we’ve noticed over the last few years that the range has reduced and at peak times it feels very impersonal. The room was comfortable with a well stocked fridge mini bar. The bathroom was dated but ok. We had a seaview room which although a little out of the way was quiet and in a nice position. Some of the staff were lovely, whereas with others you definitely felt like an inconvenience! There’s loads of pools at this hotel and although we prefer the be beach it looked like there were plenty of beds - although early towel rules definitely apply for the best spots!! We’ve stayed at several mitsis hotels and this one was good but we prefer others. Overall, would recommend, but consider the 5 star rating quite broadly!! "

"Very nice hotel. My family really enjoy d our stay at Kos Divine Hotel. Room is clean,spacious and has a lot of amenities and activities for the guests. Wednesday entertainment was fun(bingo and karaoke) Staff are really approachable and friendly. We love the breakfast buffet and the pool was a complete package.Hats off to all the staff. We definitely recommend this hotel."

Service was top class at all times day and night, fantastic food in all 3 restaurants, 3 great pools and a lovely beach - hotel is impeccably clean but could do with a little updating/modernising in places now. If you don’t get a sunbed by 7am you don’t get one but I think that’s reflective of most hotels (even 5*) during peak season. Will definitely be considering Mitsis resorts when visiting Greece again"

"From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a quick check in and our bags were taken to our room. The room was spacious, clean, tea/coffee & water accomdated for. The hotel was stunning inside & out, every pool area had plenty of sun beds and was kept clean. The didnt pool areas meant that it never felt too busy, the adults only pool was great for us with the separate bar. The food was great, covering all options with the opportunity to have a free meal in the other two restaurants which were incredible. The beach was just across the road and again plenty of sunbeds and a bar. All staff were friendly and welcoming, we throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! "
