"I didn’t know what to expect since there were no decent photos of the rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough although pillows were quite lumpy. We were placed in a room with a connecting door which ended up being quite loud - we could hear our neighbours when they were speaking in a normal conversation volume. Staff were friendly. "

"Shower doors weren't cleaned completely but the rest of the premises are fantastic! Great location. The host was more than accommodating and prompt and they were thoughtful enough to leave 2 robes for our comfort, which was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion: I get that it's winter and I'm a Canadian, but re: the hot tub is to maybe install a wall of some kind/wrap the 3 sides in winter to block the wind. I still enjoyed it in the blizzard! I also noticed that there wasn't a spare blanket in the room but I just turned up the heat and all was well. Overall I love the kiwi and will be back! "

"Not a bad hotel. Bathroom could use a ventilation fan to prevent musty smell and prevent bacterial growth. Possibly a tougher scrub on the shower tiles and re-sealing of shower surround. I think the heating boiler could use a service from Laskey's Services as only one rad was working. Hotel staff was very kind and decent on check in and throughout our stay. Room itself was clean and bed + bedding was okay. Overall, a fine place to rest your head and enjoy the town for a few days."
