"We’ve had an incredible holiday staying at Carlos V suite in an annex building just down the lungomare from the main boutique hotel.
We had our own rooftop terrace with sun beds and chairs and a Juliet balcony to watch people go by during the evening whilst drinking primitivo wine.
All the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the food at their restaurant was outstanding.

"Stated for a couple nights while visiting Monopoli. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful the property is, the grounds are absolutely stunning, with lush gardens, peaceful courtyards, and a pool area that felt like a true oasis.

A few items to note that are strange for such an high end hotel: not all rooms have bathrobes? Only the bigger suites, which is a weird thing to do considering the price, and for a Michelin grade hotel too… first time I’ve seen this.
Also, selection of drinks is limited.
Other than that, the service was amazing, the location amazing, loved it.

"From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say...
