500 meters from the coast and its magnificent sandy beaches, a charming, typical 90 m² Breton house, detached, quiet and cozy, recently renovated, dating from the late 19th century. Ideally located a few minutes' walk from the coastline and shops (restaurants, bars, bakery, mini-market, bookstore, pharmacy, etc.). A hypermarket is a 5-minute drive away. The house has a large, enclosed, and private 1300 m² garden with trees, equipped with a table, barbecue, deck chairs, and a parasol. Two bicycles are available if needed. The first floor comprises - a lovely veranda with 2 comfortable armchairs, - a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 6 people (2 extensions if needed), refrigerator and freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave grill, toaster, filter coffee maker, large griddle, and plenty of storage, - a cozy living room with sofa, 3 armchairs, coffee table, television, - and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find: - 2 bedrooms with 140cm double beds, one of which has a television, - 1 recently renovated bathroom with a 90 x 130cm shower, vanity unit with storage, hairdryer, and hand dryer Towels, toilet. On the top floor, a converted attic ideal for accommodating children with: - 1 double bed (140 cm), - 1 single bed (90 cm), - and a camp bed (80 cm). Another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a desk, accessible from the garden, is available for an additional €100 per week or €15 per night. The weekly rate is from Saturday to Saturday in July and August (otherwise, arrival day is flexible). A stay of less than 7 days is possible from September 1st to June 30th (minimum 3 nights). The price includes Wi-Fi, bed linen (provided and made upon arrival), end-of-stay cleaning, and water and electricity costs. Parking is available on the street or on the property. Pets are welcome, except for cats. Take advantage of this charming house to visit Brittany, and more specifically the Iroise region, the westernmost point facing the Molène archipelago and the island of Ouessant. Here you will find a wide choice of sporting, recreational, and cultural activities; you won't risk... No chance of getting bored! The fine sandy beaches, sheltered by dunes or cliffs, offer a variety of activities including swimming, shellfish gathering at low tide, and surfing/bodyboarding (Porspaul, Porsman, Porz Gwen, Le Gouerou, Corsen, and many more...). The Plouarzel nautical center at Porsman beach offers Optimist dinghies, Funboats, motorboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and courses for children as young as 4... Excellent coastal hikes along the GR34. Sea excursions are available from Lampaul Plouarzel/Le Conquet: Molène, Ouessant, and whale watching. Seals and dolphins. The Plouarzel Pony Club offers horseback riding along the seafront, lessons, and pony activities. A lovely way to discover the Breton coast! Tree climbing and adventure activities are available in Plougonvelin. Playgrounds and sports trails available in Lampaul-Plouarzel.
