Surrounded by rolling fields and beautiful countryside views, the cottage offers the perfect setting for family vacations, reunions, and restorative getaways.

    Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound porch as the sun rises over the fields, spend the afternoon exploring Lancaster County, and gather around the fire pit in the evening for s'mores and conversation under the stars.

    Magnolia Cottage combines the charm of country living with modern comforts. The home features hardwood floors, large windows filled with natural light, comfortable beds, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, Amish-made dining room table, and a fully stocked kitchen with two ovens, a gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining essentials.

    The spacious home comfortably accommodates families and groups with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in rain shower. Three additional bedrooms feature twin beds that can be configured as king beds, offering flexibility for families and groups.

    Outside, guests can enjoy panoramic farm views, a patio for grilling, a fire pit, a basketball hoop, and a large basement with a ping pong table. Daniel's Den Playground, walking trails, and sports fields are within walking distance. The surrounding area draws people from all over the county for long bike rides.

    Magnolia Cottage is conveniently located near Downtown Lancaster, Amish Country, and Hersheypark, making it an ideal home base for exploring the region while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside.

This was an amazing visit. The house was beautiful and the kids love the basement with the ping pong table. The hosts were easy to contact and made sure everything was going well. Even though we didn’t do any cooking on site it looked like everything was thought of. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet area and I slept well.

Great Country Retreat

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay while visiting my mom in Elizabethtown. We enjoyed the peace and quiet - and the farms surrounding the property. The house was cozy / well appointed / met our needs perfectly!

The house was beautiful! We had a fantastic visit and it met all our needs. Having the garage to park the cars in and the bonus basement space for the kids to hang out in was perfect. We visited in December and it was had a gorgeous view of the farm. I can’t even imagine how amazing it is in warmer weather. We made some fantastic meals in the lovely kitchen and were able to all sit together around the spacious dining table. It was very clean and the beds comfy. It was such a great choice for our trip to the area.

College reunion

I rented the Magnolia Cottage for a small 50th year reunion of 9 friends. The living, dining and bedroom spaces were ideal. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The location was a lovely Lancaster County setting while still being close to the city of Lancaster.

Beautiful house with all the amenities

This house was spacious and perfect for our 8 coworkers! The grounds are spectacular. In our downtime there’s ping pong, basketball and a fire pit. It’s close enough to stores and highways but with no neighbors..just surrounded by corn!! Everyone had a wonderful time!

Where to begin? The views from this home were spectacular, even with a little rain. It was so very peaceful and quiet. The beds were absolutely the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The rooms were a perfect fit for our group of 9. We will definitely be booking this home again when we return to Lancaster.

Country Retreat located amid rolling hills and plenty of room for families

Great space and layout for big families, beautiful outdoor space. Plenty of clean beds and bathrooms. Wonderful main floor great room/kitchen, and a must-see wrap around porch…complete with wicker rockers. Relax. Renew. Refresh. Lots of activities nearby.

Wonderfully pleasant stay.

House is locationed in a beautiful setting with lots of surrounding land. The inside is immaculately clean, and includes a lot of updated accents that add to the appeal. The ping pong table, fire pit, basketball court were a blast. Kitchen had everything you need. Host was wonderful, helpful, and communicated strategically at various time to ensure we were doing well. I highly recommend.

Great family house for Thanksgiving

We had family gather from various places for a relaxing and beautiful Thanksgiving. The house was very comfortable and the location was pastoral and idyllic. Close drive to interesting places in Amish country when we wanted to do something. But the house is great for just hanging out with family. Janine was great to deal with - prompt, helpful, and friendly. The house even had a Christmas tree for us. Overall, A+ experience for our family.

Phenomenal week

We are a group of ladies who gather every year for a week. This may have been the best yet. We are contemplating returning next year. The views out our windows were magnificent. Great place, best location

Spent a long weekend at Magnolia Cottage with our kids and grandkids. The house was exactly as pictured! The kitchen was well stocked, lots of room for everyone. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table and huge TV downstairs. All the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the location! The surrounding farmland was pretty and peaceful. We watched the sunrise on the wraparound porch. Close to many attractions( we visited Hershey Park, Corn Cob Acres, Lancaster Market, creamery) and numerous restaurants. We would absolutely rent out this place again!

Simply wonderful!

In the area for a wedding, my sister, our husbands and four adult children thoroughly enjoyed our stay “Magnolia Cottage”. There was ample room to gather in both small and large groups throughout the home and or porch or back patio. The kitchen is spacious and nicely appointed. We enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in the evenings and spent most mornings on the covered porch enjoying coffee together! The area has multiple markets and other commercial options for grocery and various supplies. We loved our stay and recommend this property with comfort and confidence!

Awesome Cousins Weekend at Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia Cottage is exactly what we needed for our annual Lancaster County getaway. The house is beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and accommodating. Everyone talked about how comfortable the mattresses are. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The views are spectacular! We absolutley loved the sunrises and sunsets. It was a pleasure to have Janine as our host. She was responsive and informative. We are grateful to Janine for sharing her wonderful home with us. All in all, a fun and memorable weekend!

This is a gorgeous property in the middle of Lancaster County farmland. Secluded but yet close to grocery/convenience stores. Our family enjoyed the large table, open concept first floor, and outdoor space!
