Six miles from Spooky Nook Sports complex in Manheim, PA and 3 miles from Spooky Nook LANCO facility in East Petersburg, Pa. We are a short walk to Hands-On House Children’s Museum nearby. A few minutes’ drive to numerous outlet centers including Rockvale Square, Tanger Outlets, Amish attractions, historic Lititz, Lancaster City Market and famous Lancaster County restaurants including Gibraltar, Lancaster Brewing Company and LBC Tap Room, Millers, Good n' Plenty, and more…something for everyone including pub food, fine dining, Local entertainment, American Music Theater, Fulton Opera House.

Annual Vacation

Five of us stayed and had a very nice time. The house was great and we loved relaxing on the deck. Our host was friendly and very responsive. Thank you for making our trip so awesome.

Amazing stay

Everything about our stay at John’s place was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our family meals, this was our annual sisters getaway, the house had the perfect space for the four of us, we would consider coming back

Great location, home and host!

The property was just as advertised! Everything you could possibly need was there. It was clean, well put together, and essentially a home away from home. John was an amazing host. He was responsive, flexible, and beyond kind and caring! Everything from start to finish was simple and easy! If we find ourselves in that area of PA again, we will definitely reach out and stay again!

Nice house

6 of us stayed for a long weekend to explore the area. This house is within 20 minutes to many things to do. The neighbor hood is very nice. The house checks all the boxes. Great place to stay!

Perfect stay near Snooky Nook Sports Complex!

Great stay! We were in the area for a basketball tournament. Everything is super close to the house.Anything you could need was included in this property!It’s a very clean, comfortable, well kept home. The owner is always helpful and super fast to respond. Stayed for a week. House was exactly as described. Communication: John was very quick to respond to any questions. Check-in/out was easy. The house is updated and very comfortable. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Convenient to restaurants and shopping only a few minutes away. We will look to stay again next time we visit.

Excellent home away from home

We were very impressed with this home. The open concept living, dining & kitchen was perfect for our family to socialize all together. The bedrooms were very large and having 3 bathrooms was a big plus for all adults. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit just off the kitchen as well John the owner was very nice to work with and helped to make our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was so very well stocked with just about everything you would need! Will definitely recommend this property and come back again.

Everything was Awesome!

We had a fantastic experience with this home. The host had coffee, water bottles and snacks for us - we felt welcomed and thought of from the start. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and a good iron. The beds were comfy, the linens were high quality, and the house was clean and well decorated. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home for your next Lancaster adventure!

Great for Families

The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. I'd certainly recommend this home! It's on a busy road. I was a little nervous with toddlers getting in the car and what not. They did great though. They really enjoyed watching cars and trucks from the front porch and playing in the back yard!

Clean, comfortable and homey! Great location!

After much searching in the area for the perfect fit for our family, we found it in this home! The location was great, the house was spotless (and I’m hard to please in that regard), and the personal touches, like cute decorations, good coffee, water bottles, a CLEAN Keurig, and a nice variety of “fun” and healthy snacks made it all that much better. The beds were all comfy, and the split level design made for easy access throughout. We cooked several meals there and had mostly everything we needed - the kitchen was nicely stocked with spices, oil, and sugar. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely consider this home again if we come back to Lancaster for another getaway!

Pre-Christmas College Friends Gathering

How to get into the Christmas Spirit was the question our group of 7 close college friends discussed over a regular Zoom call. It was decided to return to Lancaster to enjoy the Prime Theatre’s annual Illumination Christmas Show and then we needed a place, accessible to all, to stay. John’s Vrbo rental was the perfect spot. He was so accommodating and helpful and we enjoyed every minute of being together in this warm and beautifully appointed ( and decorated) 4 bedroom home. Thank you John for making us feel so welcome! We will be back!

Best Home away from Home

Thanks for your beautiful definitely will be a home to rent in the future if we visit our family again the home had more stuff than my own home love the kitchen love the detail to make us feel comfortable thanks for the coffee and some little snack. At first we were scared of renting a home but you gave us that comfort of renting in the future the area is a quiet area peaceful and made it feel homey. I don't have no complaints or any negative input everything was perfect it would have made it even more it would have had a pool. Sad that our state was short but definitely is a home to stay for Long time. Close to places and close to the event of our family and even close to a family member

It was advertised as 4 bedroom, but only 3 were available. However, the home was clean, and had a nice back deck with furniture to hang out. Nice kitchen set up and appliances. Good proximity to many activities.
