An optimal location to observe constellations (Betelgeuse, Sirius with naked eyes/Whirlpool nebula, M13 in Hercules with telescopes). A rare place to find igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic - 3 types of rocks on the property, close to Giant Rock, Integratron, and with a great view of Goat Mountain!

No event or smoke on the property. Hot tub power is always left on; sunscreen and lotion will damage the hot tub filtration. Seal the cover after use.
Outdoor grill is ready for use! Move it away from the house in case of catching fire; when done, move it back to the wall so not blown over by wind.
Place sealed trash bags in the trash bins at the entrance to the property. Turn off the water/power and secure doors/windows at check out.
