"Our stay had some serious concerns regarding safety and privacy. On our first night, we were informed that the in-room lock boxes were not working, so I requested that no housekeeping or cleaning services enter our room to ensure our belongings would be safe. Despite this clear request, the day before checkout we returned to find our room door unlocked and left open. This was very concerning, as it put our belongings and our sense of security at risk. While we understand mistakes can happen, our request was clearly communicated and not honored."
