Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

This hotel was all around excellent. The location is a hop skip from the Ubahn -transit system - which gets you pretty much everywhere you want to go in Vienna. There is a very nice Greek restaurant at the next corner. The hotel staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Organic delicious breakfast served every day. We couldn't have picked a better place!

Chose the hotel due to its convenient location between the Hauptbahnhof and the Ring. Though a tiny bit dated (with some recent upgrades) it exceeded expectations; especially the level of attention and care from the staff. This property was much better than I expected. The hotel is new, with a clean and practical modern style that is so inviting. The rooms are large with everything you’d want, including lots of space in a new and clean room (which is not so common in Europe at affordable prices ). When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Fantastic service and attentiveness and excekkent breajfast with a wide variety of coffees and pastries, eggs and sausages. We booked a superior room and it was well worth the extra expense. Taxis are no more than 5 or 10 Euros to any attraction. Lebanese, Italian, German & Thai within 2 blocks walking distance.
