The hotel was amazing, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Anastasia, Milli, Nikola, and Vite are awesome. The kitchen staff were also very helpful and provided great service to all guests. The housekeepers are wonderful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with lots of variety to choose from, very diverse and well prepared. Hotel is in the best location in VIENNA!! This hotel was located within easy walking to shopping and venues. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with many different options from cereal to hot foods like pancakes and bacon.
