I was recommended this hotel from friends and I am glad I stayed here. By FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Germany as an American. Very kind, friendly, and helpful owner with his family here. Free breakfast with a great selection and spread of foods, drinks, coffee etc. The room was immaculately clean, as is the entire property. This was my first time staying at a European hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. Checkin was different from my previous hotel experiences in that your credit card is not taken until you are ready to check out. It's a good thing that one can have payment processed the day before checkout as the front desk does not open until 8AM on the weekends. Keys are simply left at the front desk on the day of checkout if the desk was closed.
