The hotel is a former days in under renovation. A few shady characters and broken down cars were on the property and most of it appears to be remodel related. The coffee was good and the young man behind the counter was exceptional. Our first room had the ceiling falling down in the sink so we moved. Room two was much better and was clean. The breakfast is cereal with a few honey buns and coffee.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right off I-85, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of my stay. My overall experience was very disappointing. 1. The hotel feels extremely outdated, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. Even from the outside, there is very little signage, and the property looks poorly maintained. 2. The towels in my room were dirty and looked as though they had already been used and not properly washed. This was especially concerning. 3. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was an old-style spring mattress with very little support or comfort, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. 4. There was a work desk in the room, but strangely, no chair was provided. 5. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave, which was inconvenient. For around $80 per night, I expected a much better level of cleanliness, comfort, and basic amenities. Unfortunately, I stayed for two nights and did not feel the hotel provided reasonable value for the price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. I also believe Expedia should review whether this property currently meets the standards expected of hotels listed on its platform.

This is the best affordable hotel in Lanett!! It's clean, the staff is always friendly, speedy and very helpful. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and quiet problem free stay

Staff was friendly, water was hot, and the heater/AC worked. Other than that, everything else was a disappointment. Hotel appeared to be under renovation, but room had multiple broken pieces of furniture and the toilet seat was broken. Water damage on cabinet, with door falling off when I opened it. Missing wall fixtures (with holes) in bathroom/vanity area, and bathroom door knob was missing screws and door was hard to open and close. As another review said, no sign out front to identify the hotel. We came in from out of town at 9:30pm. Saw multiple cracked windows in other rooms when walking to our room.
