"Really nice place, great staff, really well kept. Food was incredible. The only negative I will say is it’s so far from the De Nang airport, further than anticipated. Normally in Canada we can cover 30-40 km in 15-20 mins, the drivers are so slow and it takes a very long time to get there. If you’re staying a week, great, if you’re staying 3,4,5 days might not be the spot "

"The room was spotless and the customer service from all staff was outstanding. Kate at reception was excellent, explaining all details of the services of the hotel clearly and was extremely helpful. She even organised a lift for me upon request. In the restaurant, the staff member Stella, was very professional and provided exceptional customer service, always having a smile on her face.
