"There is NO steam room, sauna or hot tub. A steam room was advertised, very disappointing. The pullout couch (we used two rooms and they were both the same) was horrible!! Maybe small children would be ok, but teens and adults had a very uncomfortable sleep today the least. It’s too bad parking was included in the price. Otherwise a good stay for a medical trip."

"Great location but a couple block walk to exit its residential neigbourhood. Close to so many restaurants on Denman Street. Suite was spacious, could benefit from a display clock that's visible when guests are in bed (cable unit too low on tv stand to see) and a bench or second luggage rack ( don't like putting luggage on carpet/floor). From the ads, we expected laundry within the suite, not a pay-per-use common laundry room accessible only in the evenings. Larger tv screen in sitting area would be nice. Overall - comfortable and a great stay."
