"The flat is in a fantastic, convenient location in Tours, close to the tram and easily walkabke to most points of interest. The host did give us access to the apartment more than an hour before scheduled check in time, but wasn't available when we called to be buzzed in. We were able to get in when another tenant opened the door to leave. The apartment was cleaned when we got there, but lacked some things we expected, like trash bags (every trash can was empty). "This property is fantastic! The pictures are identical to what you should expect. The front door to the building is locked so you don’t need to panic about that just go to the lock box which is to your right punch in your number and there’s your key… our Uber from the train station Dropped us off at the end of the alley where the apartment is so you do have to drag your suitcases for about two minutes or so. Please do the self-guided walking tour. It is a fun interactive way to see Vieux Tours....

"We loved the location of this unit! It's near Old Town, restaurants, and shopping - a very walkable area. We took advantage of underground parking because street parking is almost non-existent. The unit was clean and bright, and came with almost everything we needed. Be aware that there's lots of stairs - not a problem for us but could be difficult for some people. It did take a few days to get the wi-fi password resolved, mostly because of slow communication. But it was eventually taken care of...

"We really enjoyed this property. Very spacious. Washer and dryer a big plus. 17 minute walk to train station. 4 minute walk to walk street area with many dining options. 1 minute to a grocery. Very quiet at night. Owner very responsive to questions. Great place to stay in tours"

"the bed was a sofa bed although the mattress was ok every time we moved it made load squeaking noise the large entrance gates were attached to our outside wall so every time they were used it felt like the wall was moving and a very loud banging noise some gest returned after midnight some left early about 6 Am the location we good, only a short walk to the restaurants, and near the steps to the chateaux there was free parking in the street"

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé à quelques pas de la cathédrale. Cependant propreté des sols moyenne, description a revoir on vous annonce 4 chambres or l’une d’elle est traversante sur une autre chambre. Il manque du mobilier pour poser ses affaires pas une seule tablette dans la chambre traversante. Idem dans la salle de bain il manque un petit meuble d’appoint et nous n’étions que 4. Prévoir plus de vaisselle aussi. Merci"

"The appartment is situated just outside the old quarters of Tours, so very close to the lively part but just off the main roads so it's been very quiet, esp. during the night. It's on the 3rd floor, just under the roof. There's no escalator but that hasn't been a problem at all. The appt is extremely weĺl equipped, both with kitchen utensils as well as some food like pasta, rice, spices, etc (you are asked to re-stock). On top of all these positive amenities ranks the friendliness of the hosts....

"The owner met us at the gate and walked us through the entire property as well as letting us know the courtyard was ours any time we wanted it. Her place was so comfortable. We felt safe, enjoyed meeting other renters in the courtyard (she has 5 rentals). We were directly across the street from the Loire River which has fantastic views. We were within walking distance to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy to night life. We would come back to her place anytime. We loved it. ❤️"
