Room was small,but useful. Large bed,with warm duvet(october visit). Bathroom was well designed,if a bit compact. Staff friendly and helpful. No laundry facilities according to a desk clerk,but I was only there for five days,so it wasn't really necessary. I did not make use of the breakfast/cafe,so can't comment. Would stay there again if I return to Hamburg. Within walking distance of airport,though there is a bus stop on corner,so you can use that.

Everything about the hotel, staff, restaurant, and location were just perfect. The work out room and sauna were an added benefit. We will recommend it to anyone traveling to Hamburg. We will stay there again!!!

We stayed at the Pierdrei at the beginning of our trip and the end. The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. This time we stayed on a different floor and the hallway decor was so colorful, artful and quirky. There were miniature scenes on the wall like those at the Miniature Wonderworld in Hamburg. Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. There were several other little things the staff also did to make my stay excellent. In addition to the staff, the hotel is well situated downtown. It is in walking distance of many locations but also within a 5 minute walk...

the hotel was amazing. right across from main central station. nice front desk staff. i left some money behind and the lost and found dept recover it . thanks for your staffs honesty. highly recommend.

The location is close to grocery stores and bus stations. Room was a bit tight but manageable. WI-FI was available but it's public, not secured.

Staff was helpful and the stay was pleasant.
