• The North Sea We know that we have already mentioned it. But it is just too good not to get its own bullet point! The North Sea is only a 10-minute drive from your holiday home and offers you miles of hiking trails, wonderful water to swim, surf or much more,

• Familyfriendly. For the children in your tow, the North Sea will be heaven on earth. With a wealth of beautiful places to stay indoors and outdoors, your family will be busy and can explore the property and the nearby lake,

• A dream for athletes. Hiking, sailing, running, Nordic walking, swimming and much more - the activities are limitless and they are even more fun in front of the breathtaking surf.
• Sufficient and stress-free parking spaces. It sounds a little over the top, but parking spaces can be annoying. Enjoy unlimited, free parking in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance of your holiday home. Parking and loading and unloading take up so little time and cause less stress!
